And I think a big part of that was the team responding to that injury and really locking in over the past week: the combination of the loss to BYU and the injury to their marquee player made each member step up to try to make up the difference. The result was a solid all-around game and a thorough beating.

Oklahoma's "Bounce Back" Game
Oklahoma lost their Heisman Trophy quarterback Sam Bradford to injury in the first half of the first game. To make matters worse, they were upset by BYU and plummeted in the rankings. Last week they were 13th and going against Idaho St. Apparently Idaho St is a Div 1-AA team, but they were blanked 64-0. It was a really dominant performance.
